Only one third of the Renters' Rights Act is currently in law. The next phases include vital protections for renters, like the landlord database and rental Ombudsman. Now, it's crucial that the Renters' Rights Act doesn't get left on the shelf.
We need the government to keep up the fight for safe, secure, and affordable homes for all renters, rather than patting themselves on the back for introducing legislation that then gets left by the wayside.
